English-Time™ CD ROM Installation patch:

Our English-Time™ CD-ROMs were made with Quicktime 4.1, so if the installation program detects that you have a newer version, Quicktime will not be installed. This means that the videos in the CD-ROM cannot be played. If you have this problem, simply follow these instructions:

1. Click on the link below and download and uncompress the patch.

etpatch12

2. Install the patch, which is an exe. file.

3. Insert the English-Time™ CD-ROM 1.

4. Patch is installed and the videos should be able to play.

Early Learning Program – CD-ROMs verification:

The verification of CD-ROMs, with the serial numbers provided, is only required for the first time on any computer. The CD-ROMs can be registered on up to three computers.
There are two common problems:
  1. You are asked to input the serial number every time you insert a CD-ROM on the same computer.
  2. When you input the serial number, you see a message that the serial number has been registered on three computers already.
The above usually happens when the ‘local storage’ setting in Adobe Flash Player is set to ‘zero’. To change the settings, follow these simple steps:
  1. Go to Adobe Flash Player
  2. Right click on Verification page
  3. Choose “Setting”
  4. Go to “Local Storage”
  5. Set the “Local Storage Size” to Unlimited
  6. Uncheck “Never Ask Again”
  7. Click “Close”

Please note that the serial number is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown on the CD-ROMs.

You are required a minimum of Flash Player version 8 or above to play the CD-ROMs. You can upgrade your system’s Flash Player at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.
